Where Im gonna work at, I make about 108 bucks a week and in a year I make over 5000 bucks and two years I make over 10 grand.Could that kind of job help me get an apartment with furniture, food, water, clothes and other important needs?

probably not. it would take maybe 4-5 years at that rate

No you do not earn enough for an apartment. That pay covers food, nothing else. You really should get a better job, that one is a waste of time.
