I am educated and working experience in administrative and sales position in my country. But here in U.S i am strictly not allowed to work. Friends are suggesting to apply for H-1 which is possible by finding the company that can sponser for my work permit. How would i be able to find the company in Baton Rouge, U.S? How to approach the company? Friends i will be so grateful for your ideas.

you can start by sending your resume and cover letter to the companies that have need for your skills and experience; to the employment recruiter agencies in your area. follow up your resume/ cover letter with a call to ensure that it was received. another way to increase your chance to get a job is by working as a volunteer (make sure you don't violate your f2 status) at your local community, profit/nonprofit organization, hospital... so you can can expand your networking opportunities, help you learn new skills and gain work experience, and help you meet new friends or potential employers. good luck.
